Physical Products (Herbal & Print-on-Demand)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the product type and fulfillment partner

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows may include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

Please note that orders containing multiple items may ship separately.


Fulfillment Partners

  • Herbal products are fulfilled by trusted third-party herbal wholesalers
  • Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by Printify and its production partners

Because products are fulfilled by different partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include:

  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Free shipping on qualifying orders (when applicable)

Rates are based on order size, weight, and destination.


Digital Products & Downloads

  • Digital products are delivered electronically
  • No physical item will be shipped
  • Access details are provided immediately after purchase

Consultations & HTMA Services

  • Consultations, HTMA interpretations, and services do not involve physical shipping
  • HTMA kits (when applicable) are shipped separately and follow the processing timelines provided at purchase

📦 Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Shipping Delays & Issues

Nature’s Roots & Remedies is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

  • United States addresses only
    (International shipping may be added in the future.)
